Her work spans agriculture, environmental conservation, education, and the empowerment of women and youth—creating opportunities, restoring hope, and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has won several awards as a Senator and a champion for Youth, Gender, and Social Justice such as African Leadership Hall of Fame Award, Global Peace Ambassador,Godwilling Culture and Charity Ambassador for the Commonwealth,Most Outstanding African Woman by Women Who Win Africa. Samson Lenabaala is the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Field Officer at the Hezena Lemaletian Foundation, responsible for tracking program performance and ensuring measurable, sustainable impact across all projects. A graduate of Economics and Statistics, he leads data collection, field verification, and impact reporting for initiatives in water, education, and economic empowerment, strengthening accountability, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making.

M&E Field Officer

Arnold Saigwana serves as the Finance and Administration Officer at the Hezena Lemaletian Foundation, overseeing financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to ensure accountable and efficient use of resources. He brings strong expertise in agroecology, food security, and climate-resilient livelihoods, drawing from his work with the Jesuit Center for Social Transformation (JCST) in East Africa. Arnold’s integrated approach ensures HLF’s resources support sustainable, community-driven solutions for long-term impact.

Finance and Admin Officer

Glena O. Nyamwaya is the Program Coordinator at the Hezena Lemaletian Foundation, bringing over 16 years of experience across the media, parliamentary, and humanitarian sectors. She leads strategic planning, program coordination, capacity building, and impact evaluation to ensure effective delivery of the Foundation’s mission.Glena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Diplomacy, Development, and International Security at Daystar University, with a strong focus on women and youth empowerment.

Pamela Lenareu serves as the Office Assistant at the Hezena Lemaletian Foundation, providing administrative and communications support that ensures smooth day-to-day operations. She holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations and supports internal coordination, correspondence, record management, and public-facing activities, enabling program teams to operate efficiently while upholding the Foundation’s professional image.
